With a greater objective of financial inclusion, Khimji Jewellers decided to step into Gold Loan Segment from 2022. With a varied range of products, it started its services in the twin cities of Odisha with a desire to serve more population and geography and play an instrumental role in the transformation of lives of the people.

Khimji Finserve Private Limited {Formerly known as Vee Gee Credit Capital Private Limited (VGCCPL)} was incorporated in the year 1999. Subsequently it was registered under RBI in the year 2020. Erstwhile management of the VGCCPL had gradually shifted the ownership to the management of Khimji Jewellers Group with due diligence of law and the process has been completed in the year 2022. The Company is an RBI Registered NBFC providing Gold Loan to customers in a retail business model.

Khimji Finserve Private Limited (KFPL) has its presence in 10 districts of Odisha and aims to expand its presence further by opening additional branches in major urban and district headquarter locations across Odisha within FY 24-25. In the current FY, the company is also expanding its footprint in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana with more branches, followed by further expansion to other States of India .
